We currently offer shipping to the UK, EU, US and a handful of other countries. Your order will automatically be rejected during checkout if your shipping address is a location outside of where we currently ship to, but please contact us directly at team@auzaaudio.com to enquire about how you can get hold of an Auza product where you are!
For customers outside of the UK:
We offer Economy and Standard international shipping options. Customers will be be responsible for paying all import taxes and duty charges. The courier will be chosen at our discretion but you will be provided with tracking information via email.
For customers in the UK:
We offer free delivery to UK mainland addresses with a next day delivery service. We use Royal Mail as our main courier, however we may sometimes choose to use an alternative courier such as DPD or UPS.
We aim to process orders for in stock items received before midday on the same day (excluding weekends), and orders received after midday on the following weekday. However, as we are a very small 2-person audio manufacturing company with limited resources invested to running a dedicated online shop, on occasion we may take longer processing your order. In this scenario we will inform you via email about when you are likely to receive your product.
For any preorder item, an estimated shipping date is stated on the listing of the item. This is an approximate date and you will be contacted if the date changes. You must notify us if you expect a change to your delivery address or if you would like to confirm your delivery address at the time the order ships.
You are entitled to cancel your order for a full refund at any point between placing the preorder and the shipping of your item.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at team@auzaaudio.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. We cannot be liable for items sent back to us using an address other than what we specified. If the item is being returned because you changed your mind, the postage cost will be retained from the value you are refunded.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. A one-year limited product warranty is included with your purchase, but this does not cover accept accidental damage or incorrect use. Your product's manual will determine what constitutes incorrect use as well as other limitations of the warranty.
REFUNDS
If you've requested a refund, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
